Hi, I'm Shubham M Somani, a Business Development Manager & Strategist, having 6+ years of track record of success in B2B Sales for the recruitment and staffing industry. I am responsible for helping organizations with brand development and financial growth. My objective is to identify, nurture and acquire new B2B clients and opportunities for business growth. I coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas for improving revenue margins.
Now, I am working as a Business Development Manager(Staffing) at ISOPARA Engineering Services Pvt Ltd, Pune, and I am responsible for bringing business to the organization. I'm working entirely on B2B sales for recruitment and staffing, dealing with and maintaining better relationships with existing clients, building new B2B connections, and providing them with recruitment and staffing services either through the supply of skilled manpower on payroll or through consultancy or both and implementing strategies for B2B business generation.
